Pre-Med Life Hack: Planning
I feel a ton of pressure to balance the demands of life and the medical school requirements that we all know that we have to do, shadow doctors, build unique life experiences, build connections with our professors without brown nosing, participating in community service and the list goes on. Add to that the effort of keeping up friendships and spending time with the people that matter the most in our lives and it can be daunting. I think that this is super important to acknowledge. It is absolutely ok to feel overwhelmed in the pursuit of something worth your time and energy and I can't think of anything more fulfilling and worth your time. However, it's not healthy to sit under the burden of stress and let that mountain of work pile up. I've been there. You let stuff pile up, then you get overwhelmed and then it's a huge effort to get it all done. I'm going to share what I do to deal with time management.
